IIWM Hiring – MSc & PhD Chemistry Research Fellow Job
SRF Vacancy. IIMW hiring chemistry candidates. Walk-in-interview will be held for selection of Senior Research Fellow (Two) on contractual and co-terminus with the project as per ICAR project guidelines on the date and time given below:
Project Title: “Studies on N-(n-butyl) thiophosphoric Triamide (NBPT) as a Urease
Inhibitor for Improving Nitrogen Use Efficiency in major cropping systems in India”
(ICAR-CIMMYT Project)
Job Title: Senior Research Fellow
No.of posts: 02
Duration: Up to 25.03.2022 or completion of the project whichever is earlier
Eligibility Criteria:
M.Sc. in Chemistry with NET / Ph. D. in Chemistry/ Allied Sciences.
NET Qualification is essential for candidates with 3 years of Bachelor’s degree.
For candidates with 4 or 5 years of Bachelor’s degree or candidates with a Ph.D. degree in the above-mentioned subject, NET is not mandatory.
Selected candidates with higher qualifications than the prescribed will not be entitled to higher pay than that mentioned in the advertisement.
Desirable Qualification:
Research and analytical ex experience in a laboratory
Remuneration: Rs. 31000/- per month + HRA
Age Limit:
(i) Maximum age limit as on date of interview: SRF: 35 years for men & 40 years for women
(Relaxable for SC/ST & OBC candidates as per Govt. of India / ICAR rules)
(ii) Place of posting: ICAR-IIWM, Bhubaneswar
The services of the appointed candidate will stand terminated automatically after the expiry of the project/scheme or completion of the period indicated in the selection offer, whichever is earlier. The candidate will not have any right for absorption in IIWM/kCAR.
How To Apply:
The interested candidates are instructed to bring their curriculum vitae with one photograph and self-attested photocopy of certificates on the date of walk-in-interview along with original certificates in support of qualification, age & experience for verification. The candidates are required to report for verification of the certificates etc. between 10.00 AM to 1 1.00 AM. on the date of the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. No candidate will be entertained for an interview who will report after 1 1.00 AM. The Director, [CAR-HWM, Bhubaneswar reserves the right to cancel/reject the interview/ engagement without assigning any reason thereof.
