Job Title: Sr Executive – Process Engineering
Eligibility Criteria:Â
- Candidate having Bachelor of Chemical Engineering / Master of Chemical Engineering
- Candidate having minimum 03 -07 years of demonstrated experience in the Specialty / Fine Chemical industries
- Hands-on experience and thorough understanding of chemical process unit operations especially distillation/fractionation.
- Good understanding of process chemistry. Analytical thinking and proven problem-solving skills.
- Initial exposure to project management and ability to work in a multidisciplinary, cross-divisional environment.
- Hands-on, dynamic, open-minded personality with good practical sense. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D chemists and the local pilot plant team in process optimization & intensification efforts as well as process scale-up and transfers to production within the site and beyond.
- Lead and manage process transfers projects to Pilot and production within the site and beyond. Assess existing production processes, propose and implement optimizations projects
- Prepare the conceptual design of new investment projects and provide support during the detailed engineering and commissioning phase.
- Collaborate closely with the local process safety team to ensure safe transfer and operation of chemical processes. Participate in process safety reviews and HAZOP.
- Provide troubleshooting support and technical advice to Chemical operations as required.
- Develop a deep understanding of automation and process control systems used in production. Participate in multi-disciplinary internal and/or external projects in a cross-divisional environment
- Develop strong relationships with internal partners from chemical operations, HSE partners, and the innovation community especially organic and analytical chemists to maximize value generation.
- Maintain a high level of awareness of the advancement of the technology related to the field of activity based on literature and patent. Propose new processes as well as technologies feasibility studies. Write technical reports and report work progress at project meetings
