Job Title: Executive – Ehs/Astec Ls/Mahad 04GIL/E-/358839
Key responsibility:
1. Responsible for improving the safety system and culture of the organization.
2. Manage the operation of ETP & Multiple Effect Evaporator
3. Responsible for site compliance related to DISH, MPCB, MIDC Fire & PESO etc.
4. Ensuring plant safety in collaboration with production, maintenance and SCM teams
5. Assist to subordinate and concern in fulfillment of his EHS roles & responsibilities.
6. Implementation of EHS procedures, inspections & audits.
7. Should be competent in risk assessment techniques & implementation of risk controls.
8. Co-or
dinate with plant personnel and help them in the investigation of near-miss, accidents, incidents etc., and should be experienced in conducting Root Cause Analysis.Prerequisites:
•Experience of IMS or similar quality standards policy
•Strong focus on execution of initiatives; effective influencing through communication and ability to upskill the concerned stakeholders
•Knowledge of fire prevention, protection, and firefighting system
•Aware of Integrated Management System requirements
Qualification:
•Either of B.Sc – Chemistry or Diploma – Chemical Engg. or BE – Chemical and
•Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety
Experience:
•5 to 7 years in Environment, Health & Safety function
