Job Title: Junior Executive – Operations
Job Location: Bangalore
Department: Chemical Development
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Diploma in Chemical
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Should possess good Chemistry knowledge
• Should be aware of safety points while handling chemicals In lab.
• Good communication skills
Experience:
0-3 years post qualification
Behavioral Skills:
• Should have the capability to work in a team and ability to handle demonstrate a good team spirit.
• While possessing a good ability to follow instruction should also demonstrate innovation in his/her approach, good communication skills.
• Should be proactive while working on allotted responsibility.
Job purpose
To provide operational support to Process development lab activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of lab solutions. Ensuring all-time accessibility of common reagents and lab solutions.
- To take care of planning, execution, documentation in the shift activities.
- Follow all environmental and Lab safety-related guidelines within the company premises including wearing PPE [Personal Protective Equipment] at work.
- Ensuring a safe and Optimizing and planning of lab-support activities.
- Ensuring quick and uninterrupted support to Process development lab activities.
- Addressing the information requests from Scientists, other cross-functional departments for day-to-day activities.
- Documentation/ interpersonal relationship & communication skills
- Ensure effective and timely communication of the Operational progress to the supervisors
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
