Location: IND, KURKUMBH, ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGIES
Education: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / Chemical Engineer with Good communication skills.
IT Skills:
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Analytical instrument handling
- ERP System knowledge: SAP
- Wet Chemistry experience.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in chemical, specialty chemical industry. (Adhesive or surface treatment chemical industry experience will be added advantage)
YOUR ROLE
- Work as per organization SHEQ requirements.
- Sampling and analysis of RM/PM
- Maintain calibration of lab equipment as per schedule.
- Daily RM/PM/FG clearance through SAP.
- Assign quality plan to new IDH. Hold/transfer of FG in SAP as required.
- Preserve and maintain retained samples as per guidelines.
- Test the samples received from customers and provide quick feedback.
- Work with PD Department in certain special studies and tests.
- Coordination with cross-functional team members for exchange of relevant information and follow-up.
- Prepare, maintain and update records and documentation.
- Maintain, review and procure lab reagent stock.
- Raise purchase requisition for procurement of lab chemicals, glassware and consumables, etc.
- Maintain communication logbook on a shift-to-shift basis.
- Analysis and timely reporting of in the process, WIP, and finished goods.
- Ensure preparation of standard solutions as per schedule and requirement.
- Conduct random sampling and analysis, PDI for finished goods.
