The Role
The role is responsible to facilitate smooth and quality operations of all the equipment and instrument at Process R&D laboratories and 100% compliance on regulatory/ quality/training requirements associated with the same and document pertaining to audit and corrective and preventive
action compliance.Key Result Areas
Role-specific:
- Possess the knowledge and exposure to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
- Possess knowledge and exposure to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices.
- Follow Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
- Attend training on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS)
- Good knowledge of synthetic chemistry and process R&D of API and advanced intermediates
- Analytical knowledge of HPLC, NMR, and LCMS and also analytical interpretation
- Planning and execution of laboratory experiments associated with assigned projects
- Proactive planning of the experiments and Risk assessment knowledge to handle the critical/ pyrophoric/hazardous reactions
- Exposure to Transfer the process to Kilo lab or Pilot plant
