Eligibility Criteria & Experience:
• A degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
• Experience with research/analytical chemistry techniques such as chromatography, ICP, spectroscopy, titration
•Experience with managing/selling chemicals
• Leadership: A confident, mature person with the ability to connect with others. Ability to lead projects that successfully achieve milestones and complete deliverables.
•Results-Orientation: A driver who possesses the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
•Problem Solving: A creative yet pragmatic problem solver. Methodical and hands-on as well as detail-oriented
• Decision-Making: Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues.

Minimum of 3 years experience

Job Responsibilities:
The Offering Management Specialist is responsible for product management-related activities for product line(s) within the Honeywell Research Chemicals portfolio. He/she will work with the product line managers to drive productivity & portfolio improvements including master data management, new product introductions, inventory management, sourcing decisions, and customer-specific requests through established systems and processes. The successful candidate will work closely with product line managers, master data team, customer service, field sales, R&D, procurement, ISC to maximize the growth, development, and return on investment of the business today and in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Portfolio and product life cycle management in SAP, including new product launches, extensions and consolidation according to established workflows
• Productivity improvements, in collaboration with procurement and supply chain
• Inventory management and coordination for disposal/retesting/sale
• Pricing updates and implementation
• Evaluation of customer-specific requests
