Eligibility:
- You should be a team player, enthusiastic, confident, and have good communication skills
- Master’s degree in Chemistry / B. Tech or B.E. or equivalent degree in Chemical engineering. Exposure to biomolecules/biopolymers will be a plus 4 – 7 years work experience preferably in the analytical lab or FMCG R&D
- Enthusiastic to learn digital tools to speed up delivery. Knowledge of Cheminformatics tools is a plus
- Experience in using appropriate literature/patent / competition for experiment design and test model to explore new leads
- Experience in product formulation will be a plus

About the Role:
- The individual will work with the internal team across different functions, and external partners to deliver robust technology.
- Execute “on the bench” experiments: Proof of principle experiments with identified/prioritize leads in HC context that are aligned with the category vision of fabric care, fabric sensation, and wellness of consumers.
- Demonstrate the feasibility of technology by creating prototypes in alignment with the category.
- Support work with the design team (Global and Regional) and liaison with strategic suppliers to deliver technology into the innovation funnel.
