Project Title Engineering of hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite materials for highly efficient photoelectrochemical cells
Principal Investigator (PI): Dr. Subhasis Roy, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemical Engineering, Rajabazar Science college, University of Calcutta.
Co-Principal Investigator (CO-PI): Professor Kajari Kargupta, Professor, Chemical Engineering Department, Jadavpur University
Name of the Sponsoring Agency DST, Govt. of India
Tenure of Appointment Initial appointment will be given for one (1) year, and is extendable based on performance till the project completion
Consolidated monthly compensation As per DST norms
Essential Qualifications Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science or Graduate/ Post-Graduate Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Technology, Ceramic Engineering, Energy Science and Tech. or equivalent and other criteria as per DST norms.
Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in the area of synthesis and characterization
of perovskite materials in nanodimension shape, high functionality device design, and fabrication of solar-cell, photoelectrochemical watersplitting, and supercapacitors.
Age As per DST norms.
