Job Title: Sourcing Chemist
Location: Amritsar, India
Job Description :
Responsible for visiting distilleries regularly to draw representative samples of ENA from tank/bulk stocks
• Source audits & drive improvements through third-party sources.
• Responsible for regulatory compliances such as FSSA & Excise & Diageo protocols
• Coordinate with Cluster QA, mfg. units & sourcing team for planning & loading of spirits
• Responsible for spirit testing & approvals at source as per QA protocols
• Inspect & supervise tankers cleaning & clear them for loading operation.
• Monitor loading of approved stock of ENA as per protocols
• Maintain documentation to facilitate traceability and avoid any cross contaminations
• Sharing ENA reports with Cluster QA and Unit QA
• Responsible for recordkeeping & generation of daily/fortnightly/monthly reports
