NIPER-Hyderabad PhD Admission 2021 – Applications Invited
NIPER-Hyderabad invites applications for direct Ph.D. admission from highly motivated students for the upcoming 2021 session. NIPER-Hyderabad is an “Institute of National Importance” with proclaimed objectives of becoming Centre of Excellence for advanced research in pharmaceutical sciences leading in basic and translational human health.
Ph.D. students will have abundant opportunities to develop scientific dispositions. Students will interact with top-notch faculties with expertise in various areas of advanced chemical,
biological, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology. They will be exposed to cutting
edge tools and techniques in a multidisciplinary research environment.
- The institute has several high-end types of equipment to support their research work as
well as tie-ups with various industries in the pharma sector. NIPER-Hyderabad
has several collaborations with private industries and R& D companies which
provide ample opportunities to students for placements as well as exposure of
current challenges.

Eligibility Criteria: Individuals desirous of seeking direct admission to PhD at
NIPER must have
branch of Pharmaceutical Science or Chemical Sciences. Candidates must mandatorily have secured CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR/INSPIRE NET JRF/UGC-RGNF or any other national
research fellowship for 5 years.
Admission of candidates having DSTINSPIRE fellowship shall stand invalid in case the candidate fails to get the fellowship. Those with only GATE, GPAT or other certification exams are not eligible.
The candidate should have good academic background and have passed the
qualifying degree with 60% minimum marks or CGPA of 6.75 out of 10. The
terms and conditions, fellowship amount, etc. will be governed by the
awarding agency and further subject to the rules and conventions of the
Institute.
Application Procedure: Interested candidates who meet the above criteria

research area on or before March 31, 2021. Soft copies of certificates in
support of date of birth, educational qualifications, reservation category (if
applicable), and fellowship examination qualified must also be sent along with
the CV.
