Job Title: Sr Research Associate -Intellectual Property Right API

Location: R&D Centre – II, IND

Function: Research & Development

Qualification– M.Pharm/MSc(Chemistry)

Experience– 3-5Years.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of Front sheets (collecting preliminary information w.r.t. assigned products)
• IP analysis for new & old projects for the process developed by CRD.
• IP analysis for KSMs
• Drafting patent applications for new inventions.
• Searching, sorting, and preparation of dossiers (extracting detailed information for selection of ROS of assigned product).
• Carrying out the update searches & tracking and prosecution of the patents for the assigned products
• Responding to the IP queries for the customers.
• Responding to the attorney queries/prosecution of the patent applications.
