Job Title: Pharmacist
Qualification & HSC(l 0+2) + two years Diploma in Pharmacy
Experience + 3 months training in pharmacy + valid registration as a Pharmacist with Central or State Pharmacy Council
Emoluments Rs.16720/- plus DA(pre-revised)) admissible to Pharmacist A
No. of posts 4
Period of appointment Total 178 days in two terms. Not more than 89 days at one term.
Nature of appointment Locum-leave _vacancy as and when required
Age limit Not more than 40 years

which should not exceed 5 MB and the attachments should be readable.

the dates mentioned in the list against their name.
Thereafter the list of the select panel will be displayed on the website. Candidate should bring all the original certificates at the time of appointment failing which their candidature will stand cancelled.
