IIT Jalandhar Chemical Science Job Opening – Applications Invited
Online applications are invited for the recruitment to the following posts under the DST-sponsored research project entitled “Establishment of Science & Technology Innovation (STI) Hub-SRUSTI”, purely on a temporary / Contractual basis for a period of one year, extendable for three years on satisfactory performance at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar.
Job Title: Project Associate- I
Project Title: Design and development, modification, fabrication and construction of gasifier stoves and other equipment. Assist the PI in overseeing the activities of field assistants. Assist PI and programme coordinator in coordinating the implementation of the project with the other partner agencies and NGOs, prepare project reports for reporting
periodically the status of the project to the Project Board.
Eligibility: Master’s Degree in chemical science from a recognized university
or equivalent
Age: 35 Years
Salary: Rs.31,000 +HRA

Job Title: Project Associate- I
Project Title: Construction and operation of biogas plant, training to the
beneficiaries. Assist PI and programme coordinator in coordinating the implementation of the project with the other partner agencies and NGOs, prepare project reports for reporting
periodically the status of the project to the Project Board
Eligibility
: Master’s Degree in chemical science from a recognized university orequivalent
Age: 35 Years
Salary: Rs.31,000/+ HRA

Candidates need to apply online and also submit hard copy of the application. The hard copy of the submitted application along with all relevant supporting self-attested documents must reach the office of the REGISTRAR, DR B R AMBEDKAR NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, POREC CAMPUS, JALANDHAR, PUNJAB-144011 BY 01.03.2021 (TILL 5.00 PM).
Candidature will be considered only on receipt of both online as well as hard copy of application by the due dates, failing which it will be rejected. The envelope containing the application be superscribed as: APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF…………………………………… (under STI-HUB) The names of the shortlisted candidates and interview date etc. shall be displayed on the institute website only. No separate communication shall be made in this regard. All the candidates are therefore required to visit institute website regularly for further instructions/updates.
