Applications with complete biodata are invited for a temporary post of Project Assistant (ONE) to work under the research project funded by the SERB-Core Research Grant by the Ministry and Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. Check out all the details on the same below:
Project Title: “Development of Electrospun ceria-based nanofibers for diesel soot
oxidation activity”.
Job Title: Project Assistant
Number of Posts: ONE
Duration: 1 Year
Emoluments: Rs. 20,000/- pm (consolidated) + HRA (as per norms)
Essential Qualifications: B.Sc. (Chemistry, Physics, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology) / 3 years diploma (Chemical Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Material Science).
Desirable:
• Masters (Material Science, Nanotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Industrial Chemistry,
Biotechnology)
• Research and hands-on experience in synthesis and characterization of metal oxides,
basic knowledge on catalyst development.
• 1-2 yrs. experience on Electro-spinning Technique.
• NET/GATE Qualified
• First class throughout
Note: The post is purely temporary in nature. The initial contract shall be only for 1 year. Based on the progress it can be extended each year. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The selected candidate should be able to join in February 2021. Applications must reach Principal Investigator
