Key Result Areas / Accountabilities
Supporting Actions
Laboratory operations
- Perform proper testing of samples received from different intermediate stages/ final products & reporting the results within the time frame for effective process control.
- Carry out calibration of laboratory instrument according to standard operating procedure.
- To ensure sampling & testing of fiber as per the standard procedure.
- To ensure proper cleaning of apparatus for accuracy of the analysis & housekeeping of area.
- To operate instruments as per the standard operating procedure.
- To confirm deviation & respond quickly in case of any deviation observed during testing.
- To maintain records of all the tested parameters during shift.
- UV-Vis and HPLC instruments handling experience will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of method development for testing will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of excel to data update
- Knowledge/handling of lab-scale bioreactor will be added advantage.
Delivery
- To prepare & deliver testing results with specific observations if any, of the analysis carried out for further action within the specified duration.
- Proper assurance of Excel quality & timely reporting of tested Parameter.
- Support standardization of Analysis within the Lab and across the lab of other Units/external labs.
Cost
- To operate & handle instruments with all necessary precautions for minimum wear & tear and during analysis.
- To operate & carry tests with optimum use of Laboratory chemicals
- To make others aware of costs of the apparatus & ensure necessary care during handling.
Safety
To ensure standard works practice & observe all safety norms during analysis.
