Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the DST-SERB-SRG Funded Project in School of Mechanical Engineering (SMEC) Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Tamil Nadu
Job Title: Junior Research Fellow – DST SERB SRG Funded Project In SMEC
Project Title: “ Development and Performance Evaluation of Fouling Resistant Heat Exchangers”

Qualification
Essential: M.Tech/Msc. in Chemistry/Material Science /Mechanical Engineering
Desirable: Experience in the field of electrochemistry / electrodeposition/Surface treatment. Knowledge of surface characterization is preferred. Candidate should be self-motivated and creative.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Stipend
Rs. 31,000/month (consolidated) for the candidates who have qualified GATE/NET or else as per institute norms for these two years

Duration 2 years.
