Director, CNCI, Kolkata invites interested applicants for attending an online interview for one (01) vacant posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in DSTBT Government of West Bengal sponsored project entitled “Study of Cobalt Schiff base complexes as redox activated effectors in targeting lung cancer” under Dr. Arpita Chandra, Principal Investigator in the Department of In Vitro Carcinogenesis and Cellular Chemotherapy, CNCI.
Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (01)
Essential Qualification: First class in M.Sc with inorganic/organic specialization from any
UGC-recognized University / Institute.
Desirable qualification
: NET(LS) qualified.Age limits: 28 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement (relaxable for
SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped as per Govt. of India rules subject to production of suitable certificates from the competent authority).
Fellowship: Basic pay: Rs. 16,000/- per month + HRA @ 15% of the basic pay & MA- Rs.
300/-; Total Rs. 18,700/- for the 1st & 2nd year. The JRF will be allowed to continue for another one year on review of the performance after two years.
