Applications in the prescribed format (enclosed) are invited for a temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a CSIR sponsored research project entitled, “Design of Zeolite-Y Supported Heterogeneous Catalyst for C-C Bond Coupling Reactions” under Dr Kusum K. Bania, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemical Sciences,
Tezpur University, Tezpur, Napaam – 784028, Assam.
Job Title: Jr Research Fellow
No.of posts: 01
Qualifications: M.Sc. in Chemistry with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA with a qualification in NET/GATE.
Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- (Rupees thirty-one thousand) only per month plus HRA as admissible.
Age Limit: Candidate shall not be more than 28 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed as per the Government of India Rules.
Duration: Up to 30 September 2023 or till completion of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier.

interview board with original and self-attested photocopies of mark sheets, certificates from 10th standard onwards, testimonials, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate (if any), certificates of NET/GATE or similar examination qualifications, any other testimonials and a copy of recent signed Curriculum Vitae (CV).N.B.
(1) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
(2) Those in employment or doing Ph.D. must submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the concerned employer
/ Ph.D. Supervisor.
(3) Short-listed candidates will be called for personal interview on a later date.
