Job Title: Junior Executive / Executive Trainee
Job Location: Bangalore
Department: Production
Educational Qualification:
• Diploma/ BTech in Chemical Engineering, BSc (Chemistry)
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Manufacturing of bulk API and Pharm intermediates using Reactor, Filter, Dryer Milling equipment, in cGMP environment.
• Online documentation and record writing.
• Handling of PLC’s DCS and other SCADA systems.
• Documentation – computer end-user knowledge, usage of MS applications
Experience:
• 0-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling of hazardous chemicals/reagents, Acids Solvents
• To Ensure RM/PM availability for the weekly planned
• Ensuring manufacturing operations as per GMP, GDP and Data integrity policy
• Ensure Online documentation during batch execution, BMR, ECC and other records
• Follow Standard EHS Procedure like mentioned in SDS, BMR and Risk assessment recommendations
• Ensure readiness of the equipment and facility all the times
• Assisting inclosure of the deviation reports and addressing client comments
• Monthly Shift scheduling and up dation for the team, feasible to work in shifts
• Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements always in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
• Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
