Tea Research Association is the largest and the oldest tea research entity in the world. It is a pioneer in the research and development of tea and an innovator in providing extension services to the industry. It has ten branches with its registered office at Kolkata.
The Institute is seeking applications from eligible candidates with dynamic, energetic and innovative qualities for the following vacant positions at TLabs, Kolkata under Under the NTRF sponsored project entitled “Characterization and chemical speciation of trace metal in tea”.
Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Essential Qualification: B.Sc. degree in Chemistry or relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
M.Sc. degree in chemistry or relevant field. Experience in analytical chemistry and handling of HPLC, AAS or ICP MS-related work will be preferred.
Monthly Fellowship: Rs.16,000 per month
Project duration: Two years only.
The appointment will be purely contractual basis and hence the institute will not provide any employment after completion of the project.
