Area: Chemical Engineering

Eligibility: M. E./M. Tech in Chemical Engineering

Salary: Rs 67,000/- pm

Desirable: Knowledge in the area of characterization of catalyst, high pressure
reactor systems and other reaction utilities for coal carbonization, combustion, gasification
and conversion of coal to chemicals.

Job Description:

  • Carry out R&D in the area for catalyst design and development.
  • Design and development of bench-scale/ pilot plants for various applications of coal
    carbonisation, combustion, gasification, coal to syngas, methanol and other value-added
    chemicals.
  •  R&D in coal to syngas and other chemicals, coal combustion, carbonisation and gasification

Mode of Selection: 

Mere fulfilment of educational qualifications and experience does not entitle a candidate to
be called for interview. The duly constituted Screening Committee will adopt its own criteria
for short-listing the candidates.     24/11/2020. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at

  • The application should be accompanied by self-attested copies of the relevant educational qualification, experience.
