Description:
The role holder is required to :
- To conduct Experiments for New product Development
- To conduct experiments for cost reduction, waste reduction and quality improvement
Required Skills:
- Synthesis and process development technique
- Interpretation of analytical data
- Scale up and commercialization
- 2+ years of experience in Agrochemical/ Pharma industry post completion of Masters in Chemistry
He/ She will be responsible for :
1. Conducting day to day experiments as per Project Execution Plan
2. Process establishment
3. Process Optimization for cost-effectiveness
4. Scale-up of the Lab Process
5. Regular review of the results and take corrective actions
6. Timely reporting of results to the superior
7. Process standardization work for new molecules development
Education:
UG: B.Sc in Chemistry
PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Organic Chemistry
