Job Title: Senior Executive-Lab Inventory Management
Job Location: Bangalore
Department: Biopharmaceutical Development
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
Technical/Functional Skills: Should have manufacturing and formulation development experience.
Experience:
3-6 years post qualification
Functional or Technical skills Required
- Proficient in the handling of SAP for ordering related activities
- Purchase Requisition creation
- Inventory management
- Awareness of 5S and operational excellence
- Proficient Handling the MS excel and data compilation
Job purpose
To coordinate with all internal stakeholders for Planning of Biologics Development Lab stores management.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform timely initiation of material procurement, receipt for development lab.
- Perform and/or ensure the following activities:
- Providing required information to purchase the team for the procurement activity
- Ordering of material (material inventory evaluation, PR creation, Tracking and coordinating with the purchasing team)
- Stock posting for the required material
- Perform Inventory Management for Biologics Operations covering the following elements
- Monitoring the Optimum Quantity of material as per the requirements and lead times for the procurement, receipt, and release.
- Support to ensure timely execution and closure of SAP documentation related to material management.
- Perform periodic review of inventory for ensuring material availability for all the ongoing projects.
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company.
