Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Eligibility:
• B.Sc / M.Sc with Chemistry
• Practical knowledge of operating GLC/ HPLC / UV spectrophotometer and other advanced analytical instruments. Thorough knowledge of various
pesticides, their formulations, FAO and CIPAC guidelines, ISO 9001 and ISO17025.
• Knowledge of computer operation
• 4 – 8 Years in Quality Control and strong chemical exposure
• Knowledge of the HSE Systems and processes
• To have knowledge of overall function i.e. Laboratory
• Skills required for Testing and Analysis of products
Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the HSE guideline and be the role model for others to sustain a safe working culture at the site.
• Actively contribution to achieving Quality & HSE goals/initiatives of Site
• Analysis of Raw, Packaging, In-process samples & Finished good
• Implementation of work as per ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 system
• Implementation of BCS, Safety system in the laboratory
• Followed the BIS (ISI Mark) standard and rules for quality check
• Maintain hygienic standard in laboratory
• Maintain Lab chemicals insufficient stock
• Maintain Other lab accessories insufficient stock
• Quality records are maintained.
• Analysis of Cross-contamination & Microbial contamination
• Activities related to QM Module
• Communication of sample results to cross the fictional department.
• Adhere to company’s HSE System
Purpose: To Achieve Quality Analysis target in a shift and implement company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental system at the workplace and maintained high
standard lab and instruments to achieve the quality of the product as per BCS / BIS / Govt. standard.
