The Careers 2.0 programme offers live business projects to women who are currently on a career break.
Research & Development
Project: Product development in Research & Development across our core categories. Specific area/project will be determined based on the experience of selected candidates.
Eligibility:
•Women professionals who are currently on a career break and who are looking for re-entry into the workforce after a career break of at least 6 months.
•Previous professional experience of minimum 2 years in R&D in either FMCG / Pharma/ Chemical industry.
•Previous experience in research and development across categories like personal care, home care, hair care, chemicals or pharmaceuticals.
•MSc/MTech/M.Pharm/PhD in Pharmaceuticals, Orga
nic Chemistry, Cosmetology etc.Area of Opportunity: Product Development
Project Duration and Type
Projects vary from 3-6 months and can be part-time or full time (up to 42.5 hours a week). These are live business projects across sectors in various divisions of Godrej Industries Limited and Associated Companies
Compensation
Your project stipend will depend on the nature of the project, duration of work, previous experience and educational qualification. This can be mutually agreed upon during your interview.
Location
The projects currently listed are based out of our Godrej headquarters in Vikhroli, Mumbai or at the GPL office in Pune. However, some of the projects may require travelling to our other locations as well.
Training and support
Your guide, who will also be the co-owner of the project, will support you throughout the project. You will be also be assigned a mentor and a buddy to help you transition in your new role.
