Job Title: Bioassay Development- Senior Research Associate
Job Location: Bangalore
Department: Biopharmaceutical Development
Job purpose
Responsible for execution of development, qualification of Ligand binding assays (ELISA), process-related Impurities (HCP, HCD, and rProtein A quantitation’s
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Method development, qualification, and transfer for ELISA assay, process-specific impurities (estimation of HCD, HCP, LPA ) for biosimilars
- Data compilation of sample analysis, method development, and qualification experiments.
- Preparation of method development and qualification reports.
- Experience in the estimation of relative potency for biosimilar molecules. Preparation of SOP’S
- Writing LNB’S, compiling raw data diligently.
- Ensure Calibration of the equipment as per the schedules.
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in Chemistry
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Experience in handling all the plate-based techniques like ELISA, Bioassay, HCP, HCD and rProA analysis
- Understanding of the data analysis software like softmaxPro, PLA
- Effective writing and verbal communication skills
Experience:
3-6 years post qualification
Behavioural Skills:
- Should have the capability to work in a team and ability to handle demonstrate a good team spirit.
- While possessing a good ability to follow instruction should also demonstrate innovative in his/her approach, good communication skills.
- Should be proactive while working on allotted responsibility.
