Project Assistant Under STARS-MHRD – Jawaharlal Nehru University
Applications are invited for the post of Project Assistant to work in the project entitled “Mitochondria-targeted Photo-triggered Drug Delivery System: A Strategy of Prodrug Activation and Real-time Monitoring of Drug Release” funded by STARS-MHRD under the supervision of Dr. Pijus Kumar Sasmal, School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
Job Title: Project Assistant
Essential Qualification: The applicant must have M.Sc in Chemistry (Organic/Inorganic) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent and one-year research experience.
Desirable Qualification: Candidates having exposure to the synthesis of organic compounds are encouraged to apply. Prior research experience and with the publication in the related field are desirable.
Salary: As per the norms of the university and funding agency.
Duration: The selected candidate will be appointed on a purely temporary basis initially for one year and renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance for a maximum period of three years.
