Job Title: Officer/Sr.Officer- IPQA(Shopfloor Quality)

Basic Qualification and Experience:

• Must have post-graduation in Chemistry
• Must have 3 to 5 years experience in handling of IPQA shop floor activities for Filling and Packing Operations

Desired:

• cGMP/Regulatory awareness
• Must have good soft skills and computer skills (MS-Office-Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Preferable from vaccines background
• Knowledge in conducting risk assessments

Job Description: 

• Monitoring of shop floor IPQA activities for Filling and Packing Operations according to defined procedures
• To provide line clearance for activities like Filling, Visual inspection and packaging operations
• Review of manufacturing SOPs and executed BMRs /BPRs
• To involve and ensure closure of QMS actions like Deviations, Change controls, OOS and CAPA
• Monitoring and Review of Aseptic Process Simulations and Process Validation
• Conducting Failure investigations and Root cause analysis
• Monitoring of Environmental Monitoring activities
• Preparation and compilation of data for APQRs
• Management of control samples
• To conduct risk assessments
