Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on India-Taiwan DST- GITA sponsored research project entitled ”Development of heterogeneous catalysts for continuous production of biodiesel in a fixed bed reactor using catalyzed transesterification” at the CAS in Crystallography and Biophysics, University of’ Madras, Guindy Campus, Chennai 600 025.
Job Title: Junior Research Fellow
No.of posts: 01
Duration: 3 years (02 years as JRF & 01 years as SRF)
Salary: Rs. 25,000+ 10 % HRA per month for two years and Rs. 28,000 + 10°/o
HRA per month for the third year. *as per DST norms
Eligibility:
M.Sc., M.Phil. in Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks. Candidates with valid NET / GATE will be preferred or M.Tech., in Chemical Engineering/Nanotechnology.
( Final year· students are also eligible to apply but at the time of interview proof for the above-requested profile need to be submitted).
