Job Title: Manager Regulatory Affairs

They are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Regulatory affairs. In this role, you will be expected to work on deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a good phenomenal teammate. We are looking for someone who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the handling of key regulatory activities like compliance workflows, creation of SDS and labels, product registrations and notifications, renewals, coordinating with various internal and external partners to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of results. The person will be reporting to the manager.

Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of the global chemical regulatory environment and applicable legislation/guidelines
  • Knowledge of hazard communication as per GHS and country-specific requirements, hands-on experience on label and SDS authorin
  • Ability to comprehend the requirement for chemical compliance and suggest action to the team.
  • Ability to coach, support and guide team members, tackle problems with critical analysis of compliance issues.

Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication (in English / other languages a plus)
  • Good organizational skills with flexibility & adaptable to change
  • Demonstrates good judgment whilst working with clients
  • Ability to negotiate & influence others & work in a cross-functional team
  • Ability to objectively assess strengths and weaknesses adjust to improve performance
  • Ability to influence positive change

  • Self-motivated, hard-working, proactive, good interpersonal skills, build global relationships, displays good judgment
  • Learns quickly, actively listens, adjusts and improves by considering and processing constructive feedback

Qualifications & Certifications

  • M.Sc.( Chemistry, or M. Pharm (Pharmacology, Toxicology).
  • Other advanced degrees (or equivalent) beneficial for entry-level roles at this level but not essential.
