Job Title: Research Engineer
Academic background desired: MSc/BTech + 3 years of experience in R&D lab; or M.Tech Fresh (Chem Eng or Chemistry or Material science)
Hands-on experience in the lab
- Reports to Group Manager and project leaders on specific projects.
- Daily progress is under close supervision, particularly during first few months in position and subject to review before action is taken. Incumbent’s findings are frequently checked for accuracy and incorporated as part of the project’s conclusions.
Duties and responsibilities
Tasks defined in nature and scope, in the areas of product development/improvement, production processes, and new knowledge research. Evaluate alternate raw materials and their effect on the final product.
