MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Tech/BE degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field with strong Chemistry component/Mathematics/Statistical Background degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft® applications (Office, Teams, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP
- Knowledge of Python, R, Hadoop, Microsoft® Power BI, SQL, Azure, VBA, PowerApps
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Detail- and solution-oriented; strong analytical and planning skills
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Experience in data analytics and programming
TEAM LEADER
As a member of our Materials-Process-Delivery-Quality (MPDQ) team supporting the Global Supply Chain (GSC), your primary objective is to manage a team dedicated to providing data analytics for key MPDQ Platforms, as well as to provide analytics and technical support for ongoing projects. This position is located at our Pune, Maharashtra, India Ecolab corporate office. Specific to this job will be responsibilities in team and project management
, with a strong emphasis on documentation, analytics and project support.RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Set performance goals to align with GSC objectives, goals, strategies and measures (OGSM)
- Create a project schedule through planning execution and estimating time requirements
- Manage project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Manage project stakeholders’ expectations (issues, complaints, concerns or requests)
- Communicate progress regularly across all levels of the organization
- Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity
- Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback throughout projects
- Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations
