Job Description
- Capturing accurate and complete demographic details of the caller
- Receiving calls and answering them as per defined protocol
- Maintaining and following all the quality parameters
- Should be flexible to work in shifts
- Will be responsible for the promotion of government schemes and programmes and IEC activities
- Excellent typing speed in both English and Hindi
