Job Title: Research Associate – R&D Analytical

Eligibility: 

M.Sc. (Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry) (1-3 years of exp)- in the R&D Analytical method development and Good Presentation skills.

Having Experience of GC Analysis, HPLC, Method Validation, Analytical Method Validation, UPLC, GC-MS, Gas Chromatography, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, Karl Fischer Titrator ETC.

Identifying the type of analysis

Knowing the nature of the sample (compound), Understanding the origin of the sample, matrix with which the sample is presented should be ascertained

Development of Analytical methods

Identify/propose appropriate options for a method with the experience, knowledge acquired and literature. Develop the best suitable option.

Validation of method

Checking for the specificity, precision, accuracy, reproducibility and repeatability finally with the findings making a correction to the method

Training to subordinates

Suitable training on working with the instruments, types of various analysis, maintenance of instruments and developing simple methods are to be done time to time

Minimizing the downtime of instruments

Routine and periodical maintenance that could be performed internally is to be done. Maintenance on electronics are performed by outsourcing

Installation & Performance of Instruments

Ensures that Performance of the instruments gets verified with the specification (Claimed and required).
