Position Title: Research Investigator
Job Purpose (Describe briefly, why this position exists):
Pharmaceutics Support to Discovery and Development programs
Position level: 7-I
Function: PD-Biopharmaceutics (BPH)
Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities (Describe in bullet points, the duties and tasks of this position)
- Independent contributor capable of designing and executing detailed experiments
- Able to evaluate pharmaceutics implications of physicochemical properties of compounds
- Formulation development (Suspension/Solution/Injectables/Capsules/Tablets
- Working knowledge of polymorphism/salt screening and solid-state characterization
- Expertise in novel drug delivery systems (NDDS)
Eligibility:
PhD in Pharmaceutics with 0-2 yrs of relevant industrial or Post-Doc experience
Skills:
Physicochemical property evaluation, Pre-formulation, Solid-state characterization, Pre-clinical formulation development including tox, good communication skills,
Key behaviors to be demonstrated for success in the role:
Ready to learn, teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, Good communication skill (writing and verbal)
