Minimum Educational qualification ( as prescribed by the funding agency) The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent grade) in the qualifying degree. Qualifications for JRF: MSc Chemistry with valid NET qualification. Qualifications for Project Assistant: In case a suitable candidate with the above qualifications is not found, candidates with MSc Chemistry may be considered for the post of Project Assistant.
Preference Research Experience is highly desirable. Work experience certificate should be provided as proof.

Fellowship amount JRF = 31,000 + HRA / Project Assistant = 22,000 (consolidated)
Tenure of the post One year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
Age JRF / Project Assistant: 28 years with 3-5 years relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women and Physically disabled as per government norms
