Job Title: Manager – DMPK (Biotransformation)
Education Qualifications:
Mandatory
PhD with 3 to 5 years or Masters in pharmacy
Work Experience : 3 Years in the related field
Job Description:
- Design and conduct in vitro biotransformation studies to determine the metabolic pathway, mechanism, and structural identity of metabolites
- To work closely with medicinal chemists and project teams to optimize discovery efforts by understanding/identifying the metabolic fate and metabolic soft spots of discovery lead compounds, mitigate safety risks from unfavorable metabolic pathways of development candidates.
- Contribute to nonclinical DMPK and clinical pharmacology sections of regulatory submission documents (e.g. IND, NDA, IB).
- To interact cross-functionally with other departments including Medicinal chemistry, In vitro biology, pharmacology, Toxicology, formulation, regulatory and project management
- Serve on research project teams as preclinical metabolism representative.
