Pay Scale Level For Chemistry Recruitment 2020– 10 (Rs.56,100 – 1,77,500/-) in Pay Matrix as per CCS (R.P.) Rules, 2016. (Total emoluments excluding T.A. and HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 56,100/- plus DA as applicable per month).
Age for Chemistry Recruitment 2020 Not exceeding 35 years for General category candidates as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 38 years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date for vacancies reserved for them. A. Educational- Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute.
B. Experience-
Having at least three years of research experience in Chemistry.
Note Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the UPSC, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of the candidates otherwise well qualified.
Desirable Qualification
Duties Field data and sample collection from rivers and reservoirs and analysis of physiochemical & biological parameters using standard methods. Water quality model studies for River and Reservoir systems using different simulation software to predict futuristic scenario. Prepare project and technical reports and draft standards.
Probation 01 (One) year.
Head Quarter Khadakwasla, Pune, with All India Service Liability.
Other Details General Central Services, Group ‘A’ Gazetted. Non-Ministerial. The posts are permanent.
