VNIT Chemistry Job Opening 2020 – Application Details
Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow to work on DAE-BRNS funded
research project (Sanction order No. 58/14/27/2019-BRNS/11015). Chemistry job opening at VNIT, Postgraduate MSc Chemistry candidates are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow. Check out all the details on the same below:
Title of the project: “Tungsten and Indium Oxide Coated Dendritic Fibrous Nanosilica for
Photocatalytic Water Splitting”
Duration of the project: 02 years 03 months.
Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry (NET/GATE qualification is desirable)
Emoluments: JRF Rs. 31,000 per month for first 2 years.
SRF Rs. 35,000 per month on completion of 02 years and on the assessment of the
progress of work done.
Note: Assignment will be initially for the period of six months and extendable up to two year three months (Solely based on satisfactory performance). The candidate is desired to be well versed with handling analytical instruments like UV-DRS, FTIR, GC, and expected to have experience of working in a reputed institute. The candidate selected for the position of JRF will have an option to register for Ph.D. program subjected to satisfying VNIT’s norms for registration.
