Job Title: QC Senior Professional

Eligibility:

• A minimum of Bachelors in Chemistry/Pharmacy.
• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in the relevant field.

Job Descriotion:

• Establishment of annual maintenance contracts, qualification, requalification, calibration of equipment’s/instruments.
• Execute instruments and equipment’s qualification in chemistry lab as per the established procedures.
• Co-ordination with external and internal customers for carrying out preventive maintenance of equipment’s/instruments as per schedule.
• Preparation of SOPs, STPs and Laboratory control records for packaging materials.
• Performing routine QC testing of all materials and tests in a CGMP lab for release.
  Responsible to make require schedules and track them for their completeness and status.
• Coordination with procurement and external vendors for procurement of materials required for quality control testing.
• Responsible for Quality Management Systems related to the functional area like Initial Laboratory Investigation (OOS&OOT), Deviations, CAPA and Change Control in co-ordination with relevant functions.
• Ensuring training requirements to self and subordinates for day-to-day activities.
• Handling of all laboratory instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, MR, TOC, Autotitrator etc.,
  Knowledge on computer, verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to domestic and regulatory audits.
