A Walk-in-Interview would be conducted on 09.01.2020 at the Department of Chemistry for the post of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a project sponsored by the Department of Higher Education, Science & Technology and Biotechnology, Govt. of West Bengal, details of which are given below:
Post Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Tenure The position is purely temporary, subject to availability of fund, and available for about 18 months/termination of the project, whichever is earlier. The appointment will be subjected to an annual review for a further extension that will be granted based on the research progress and accomplishments.

Funding Agency Department of Higher Education, Science & Technology and Biotechnology, Government of West Bengal
Fellowship Rs. 16,000.00 per month + 15% HRA + Rs. 300.00 M.A. = Rs. 18,700.00 per month
Essential Qualification M.Sc. in Chemistry (preferably specialization in physical chemistry) from a recognized University / Institute (NET/GATE qualification is desirable but not essential).
Candidates having a proven track record of experience in related studies would be given preference.
