Qualifications
Major requirements:
▪ A bachelor or master Science degree in Chemistry, Textile, Oil or Surfactant and 4-8 years of relevant experience in a laboratory environment.
▪ Working Knowledge of detergents, textiles processing, and analytical science (Bio-Chemistry) will be preferred.
▪ Strong background and proven success in design and execution of laboratory application development and testing.
▪ Excellent skills in MS word, Excel, Power Point & statistical analyses.
▪ Good Oral & Written communication.
▪ Team-player who enjoys working in an international environment
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
▪ Independently performing the design, execution and interpretation of experiments.
▪ Providing technical work for lab experiments requiring quantification, including method development and validation.
▪ Generating quality data and ideas for investigation and can clearly communicate these to the project team
▪ Preparing and presenting technical reports, summaries and protocols
▪ Supporting application development projects for enzymes in textile processing and detergents.
▪ Provide technical service supporting Sales team for Home & Personal Care in the SA region
▪ Working closely with other HPC Application & R&D Labs.
▪ Conducting PSM of new equipment, maintain MSDS & Safety of Lab.
▪ Work related fields are: Detergent / Laundry formulation; Surfactant; Polymer; Personal Care/Cosmetic formulation; Enzyme for Home care (Laundry & Dish).

DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences is looking for an Application Associate for the Home & personal Care Application group at Hyderabad, India.
India HPC Applications group supports the South Asia HPC Business by helping to solve customer questions and requests, as well as working on new product development and the development of new testing methodologies. The work in the Applications group is aimed at providing our customers with the best guidance and uncovering the full value of our products. Interaction with customers and internal stakeholders will take place through teleconferences, customer visits, product introductions and plant support. Internally, the interaction with the R&D, Sales and Marketing groups of Home and Personal Care is an important aspect of the role.
