  • Scored 60% marks / 1st Class in their highest qualification, if having less than 05 years of post-qualification experience.

Job Description

  • Develop, update and deliver the training on cGMP and other regulatory requirements, SOP and On the Job Training.
  • Drive the competency-based technical training at manufacturing and quality functions.
  • Work in close coordination with Site Training Coordinator and respective Functional Head
  • Coordination with various functions for ensuring the compliance of training need for site personnel.
  • Developing, updating and delivering training modules on cGMP & other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute in preparing training curriculum for different sections of the workgroup at site.
  • Review and assessment of training need during any changes or any remedial measures. Completion of assign task in QAMS.
  • Will be responsible for submitting the monthly summary of training happenings at site, to corporate.
  • ‘Will play a key administrative role for various functions in L2LMS. Ensuring the effective implementation and deployment of L2LMS at site.
  • Actively participate in entire flow of training activities at site (Induction, need identifications, plan, execution, evaluation and feedback of training)
  • Ensuring the adequate training to new employees (permanent and contractual) prior to attending their routine work.
  • Compiling & developing plan for cGMP training and ensuring periodic training to all existing employees.
