Job Title: Research Associate (bio-analytical)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Bio-analytical method development & validation for Novel Chemical Entities in complex biological matrix like plasma, serum, tissues, on HPLC and LCMS/MS.
- To review the Bioanalytical study plan, protocol, method validation report, Bioanalytical report and communicate overall compliance.
- Operation, calibration and maintenance of instrument / equipments like LC/MS-MS, pH meter, pipettes etc.
- Drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics Bioanalysis (in vitro and invivo).
- In-vitro ADME studies like Metabolic stability, Intrinsic metabolic clearance, Plasma stability, Plasma protein binding, Brain protein binding, Solubility studies, Log-D, PAMPA.
- PK-PD studies in rat and mice of NCEs ( worked in obesity and neurosciences)
Data analysis, Data generation, compilation and report preparation - Experience with small animal surgery and handling.
- Good knowledge In vivo animal models.
- Proficiency in compound dose preparation, administration to experimental animals.
- Flexibility, and the ability to work in fast paced and team oriented environment.
Preparation & Review of study protocol, study reports and SOPs for DMPK studies. - Excellent organizational and guidance skills to team associates.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Good Documentation Practices and GLP Compliance.
