Job Description
1. To carryout bottle filling and packing activities as per BFR, BPR & SOPs.
2. To follow & maintain current GMP standards in production area/activities.
3. To follow day-to-day production schedule and ensure to complete production activities (filling & packing) within stipulated timeline.
4. To take & follow operating instructions from superior/manager for the shift activities.
5. If any abnormality found in production area / activities, authorised to stop activity immediately & highlight to production manager.
6. To maintain manufacturing records online & should comply data integrity ALCOA+.
7. Indenting, issuance & submission of BFR/BPR/log books.
8. Raw material/Packing material indenting and receipt as per production schedule.
9. Verification of Raw material & Packing material during receipt.
10. Online SAP posting as per BFR &
11. Sample request/submission to QC after completion of batch.
12. Transfer finished goods through Finished Goods Transfer Note to warehouse.
13. Packed batches allotment for dispatch as per sales order.
14. Carry out the cleaning of product filters & storage tanks as per schedule.
15. Ensure & Maintain cleanliness in production area as per SOP.
16. Ensure cleaning of AHU filters are completed as per schedule.
17. To Check and maintain a minimum stock of consumables, Log books & status labels etc.
18. Take part in idea generation & improvement activities in view of GMP, Quality & Safety.
19. Ensuring preventive maintenance of all equipment as per schedule.
20. To ensure temperature & RH is maintained as per the standards/SOP.
21. Co-ordinate with service departments (QA, QC, stores, E & M and SCM) for various production related activities.
22. To follow safety instructions/procedures & ensure use of PPEs as per requirement.
