KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Skills

• Proven written and oral communication skills and the ability to articulate information and influence others
• Meticulous at checking detail
• Ability to work under pressure and to defined deadlines
• Ability to organize workloads and to priorities effectively
• Adopt best practices to reduce the Hazardous waste.
• Efficient operating of ETP plant, RO Plant, MEE Plant and Potable RO Plant.
• Look after legal compliances with respect to Environment Management.
• Work closely with CSR teams for implementation of CSR projects
• Responsible for Water and Energy conservation, Green belt development

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma (Chemical or BSc (Chemistry/Environmental Science) or B Tech (Chemical/Environmental Engg) Min 4-8 years of relevant experience in Environment Management in a API Manufacturing Organisation.
• Appropriate experience of operating/managing in a similar role within a medium/large API Manufacturing organization

TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

• Water and Effluent treatment
• Compliances (regulatory and internal)
• IT literate, with the ability to use the full Microsoft Office package
• Knowledge of current Health and Safety practice within Pharma sector
• Fire safety management
• Sustainability
