IIT Patna Chemistry Job Opening – Junior Research Fellow

Name of the temporary assignment: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Number of Post: One

Duration of Post: 36 months

Name of the temporary research project: Fire Retardant Materials: Investigation on
Mechanistic & Thermo-physical properties and synthesis process

Name of the Sponsoring Agency: Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS)

Fellowship: Rs. 31000/- per month for first two years + HRA (as applicable) and Rs. 35000/- per month for the third year + HRA (as applicable).

Qualifications & Experience:
The candidate desirably should have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology,  and Chemistry (pure and applied). The upper age limit for applying for the JRF position shall be 28 years. Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/women/PD will be given as per the GoI rules.
