Job Title: Sepoy Pharma (Army Medical Corps)
Age: 19 to 25
Eligibility: 10+2/Intermediate exam pass and qualified in D Pharma with Min 55%
marks in aggregate and registered with State Pharmacy Council/ Pharmacy Council of India. Individuals qualified in B Pharma with Min 50% marks and registered with State Pharmacy Council/Pharmacy Council of India are also eligible
Special Instructions.
(a) Candidates are requested to report at rally site clean shaved and with proper hair cut
to enable clear identification during PFT, PMT and medical.
(b) Candidates are allowed to take part in one category only during recruitment rally.
(c) Recruitment is purely based on merit list depending on available vacancies.
Candidates do not have any right to claim on recruitment in Army just for passing in
the recruitment process.
(d) Candidates not in possession of requisite certificates/documents are liable for
rejection.
(e) Candidate not able to produce requisite certificate/documents at rally
sign an undertaking certificate for the submission of required certificate/documents timely prior to Common Entrance Examination failing which he will be barred from participation in any of the further stage of the recruitment and his candidature will be cancelled.
(f) In case of any clarification at rally site, approach Grievance Cell.
Note: Entry of candidates into rally site will be permitted only on production of Admit Card
in duplicate generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to Civil Police. Candidates may have to present themselves at rally site for three to four days. Candidates should make arrangements to stay under their own arrangements. At the rally site, the candidates should report duly shaved for identification at various stages of rally process
failing which candidate can be barred from participation in recent rally.
Result of written examination will be declared on the official website
www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. No separate letter will be sent to the candidate. It is the responsibility of the candidate to check his result and report to ARO for documentation.
How To Apply:
1. Candidate should open www.joinindianarmy.nic.in
2. Click on Apply/Login Line in JCOs/OR enrolment.
3. Registration page will open up. If registered earlier. Enter username and password to login else click on REGISTRATION button for new registration.
4. An instruction page will open up. Read the instruction and click on CONTINUE button.
5. Fill up following data for registration as a candidate:-
(a) Personal Details.
(b) Education Details.
(c) Details of E-Mail ID, valid Mobile No and Aadhar.
(d) Suitable password to be selected.
6. Save.
7. A One Time password (OTP) will be generated and will be sent on e-mail ID of candidate
and his Mobile Number. Enter OTP and click on SUBMIT button.
8. Candidate will be directed to eligibility page. Following data to be checked while checking for its correctness :-
(a) ARO Linking with District and Tehsil/Taluka.
(b) Height.
(c) Date of Birth i.e. Age
(d) Martial Status.
(e) Special Category, if any.
9. Click of CHECK ELIGIBILITY button.
10. Check and validate eligible categories as per qualification and click on relevant APPLY
button.
11. A webpage with detailed instructions will open up. Click on CONTINUE button
12. Click on Personal Information Fill up personal details. Upload photograph and signature.
Click on SAVE & CONTINUE button.
13. Click on communication details and fill up permanent and correspondence address. Click on SAVE & CONTINUE button.
14. Click on DETAILS and fill up following data :-
(a) Category.
(b) Sports Level Achieved/Sports Achievements.
(c) NCC Qualifications.
(d) Special Category, if any.
15. Click on SAVE & CONTINUE button.
16. Click on EDUCATIONAL DETAILS and fill up the data.
17. Click on ADD Button.
18. On clicking ADD button. Updated education details will appear in a table alongwith SAVE & SUBMIT button.
19. Click on SAVE & SUBMIT button.
20. A page will open with Roll No of candidate. Candidate to note it down for future reference as it will be used for tracking application.
21. Candidate will obtain their Admit Card from their registered Email ID on or after
26 Nov 2019.
22. Take a printout of Admit Card with details of reporting date and venue.
23. Candidate can also check profile from my profile in dashboard menu.
24. Paste latest photo on admit card.
25. Report to rally location on scheduled date and time as given on respective admit card.
Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 13 October 2019 to 27 November 2019 (Instructions for same are attached as Appendix A). Admit cards for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 28 November 2019 to 12 December 2019. Candidate should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card.
