Job Title: Executive Quality Officer
Location: Pune
Eligibility: MSc Chemistry
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Job Description:
1. Sampling & analysis of water samples from potable & purified water system as per BIS standard.
2. To collect the bottle online to check for TDS, PH, Colour, Taste, Odour, Turbidity,
Ozone content.
3. Checked for RO parameters i.e. infeed pressure, infeed flow, outlet pressure
& reject pressure.
4. Checked for Sand filter & Carbon filter inlet and outlet pressure.
5.Checked for the incoming raw material such as cartons, caps, performs, jar stand, faucet, labels and other material related to the production and making of reports for the same.
6. Carryout complete microbiology as per BIS requirement
7. To ensure all analysis carried out & records maintained as per BIS requirements
8. Monitoring & actions to be taken on market return material
9. Monitor proper shelf life studies of the product

. Monitor sanitation, cleaning schedules for plant & water treatment plant area11. Check for incoming raw material & packaging material
12. Instrument calibration as per schedules from out side vendors
13. Check for the incoming packaging material such as cartons, caps, performs, jar stand, faucet, labels and other material related to the production and making
of reports for the same.
14. Sending reports to plants & guide them to take corrective action in case of Nonconformance with respect to quality Parameters.

Salary: INR 2,50,000 – 4,50,000 PA.
